Every person who has made a booking with Tripezi.com will be e-mailed asking them to submit a review of their stay, which will be linked to the property page and can give other users an idea of other's experiences.
We believe in transparency, and if a guest has not enjoyed their stay, we'd hope that they would make suggestions for improvement. As a host, you should try and take these suggestions on board and perhaps implement them. You should respond to negative reviews to give your side of the story so that prospective guests can make their own decision.
If you believe you've been unfairly treated by a reviewer, or the review is defamatory, then please contact us and we will investigate.
Yes you can. Tripezi encourages and accepts listings from both individuals and professional hosts. If you have specific requests or policies related to your business, please contact us via the ‘Contact Us' button.

If you have trouble listing your property or if you have a large number of properties you would like to list at the same time, please contact our team (there's a ‘Contact Us' button at the top of every page) and we will assist you in listing your property.
After listing, you will receive booking requests from potential guests. You'll be notified of these enquiries via email. When you receive a booking request and you will get 24 hours to reply to this offer after this period this booking request will expire automatically. Please check that the dates, length of stay and rate before you confirm a booking request. Please note we encourage you to keep your calendar and rates up to date so that you do not have to use this option.
We endeavour to release payments to you within two business days of the guest's planned check-in date.After we release a payment, it will usually take between one to five business days for the funds to reach your nominated bank or PayPal account. The exact timing will depend on the country in which your account is located.
Tripezi.com asks you to set your price in Pounds Sterling (GBP), US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) and you will be paid in these currencies. We cannot take any liability for any charges incurred by your bank/paypal for currency conversion.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in compliance with all tax laws in your area of residence. You may be required to charge/account for sales tax (such as VAT) and/or local/city tax (once you've checked, you may want to factor such costs into your price per night). You may also be liable for income or corporation tax on any revenue gained from these bookings.
